Requirements
- Proven track record of experience in talent development or related roles
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience with performance management frameworks and knowledge transfer
- Familiarity with classroom e-learning and blended learning delivery methods
- Knowledge of talent management practices including succession planning and career development
- Proficient in learning management systems and relevant technologies
- Degree in Human Resources Organisational Development or related field or equivalent experience
Day to day
- Create and deliver a talent development strategy for GBE-N and oversee its implementation
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to identify training needs and build capability
- Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programmes that improve performance and support career progression
- Manage a team and develop visible, exciting, and diverse career pathways that position GBE-N as an employer of choice
