  • Degree in Human Resources Organisational Development or related field or equivalent experience

  • Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to identify training needs and build capability
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programmes that improve performance and support career progression
  • Manage a team and develop visible, exciting, and diverse career pathways that position GBE-N as an employer of choice
