Who you are
Minimum 5-7 years facilitating leadership and soft skills training
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Strong virtual and in-person facilitation experience and skills
Knowledge of performance management processes, including annual and midyear reviews, 9-Box, and succession planning
Excellent communication, inter-personal skills, and stakeholder management
Demonstrate cultural savvy for a global role
Ability to operate at all levels of the organization, including the senior leadership team
Strong program management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Travel requirements up to 75% including international travel
Desirables
Experience in a global, matrixed organization
Coaching qualifications preferred
What the job involves
Facilitate leadership development programs and operationalize talent development strategy for Cubic Transportation Systems globally
Foster leadership skills within the organization through direct engagement with leaders, supporting communication, coaching, and performance management enhancements
Collaborate with CTS Strategic People Partners to deliver and evaluate training programs, team-building activities, and leadership workshops.
