What the job involves
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, facilitating offers, and supporting onboarding
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using various sourcing strategies, ensuring active candidate flow
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, compliance with company policies, and providing smooth transitions through the recruitment cycle
Continuously evaluate and refine the recruitment and interview processes for improved candidate experiences
Track recruitment metrics and use data to enhance recruiting outcomes
Support performance management processes, including reviews and assessments
Partner with stakeholders to develop customized training programs and leverage learning platforms
Identify talent management solutions to align with business strategies and measure progress
Develop, refine, and maintain policies and procedures related to recruitment, onboarding, and talent management, ensuring alignment with business goals
Work on assigned initiatives and projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
