  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle and talent management processes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for tracking metrics and data reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and performance management tools
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and HR compliance requirements

What the job involves

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, facilitating offers, and supporting onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using various sourcing strategies, ensuring active candidate flow
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, compliance with company policies, and providing smooth transitions through the recruitment cycle
  • Continuously evaluate and refine the recruitment and interview processes for improved candidate experiences
  • Track recruitment metrics and use data to enhance recruiting outcomes
  • Support performance management processes, including reviews and assessments
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop customized training programs and leverage learning platforms
  • Identify talent management solutions to align with business strategies and measure progress
  • Develop, refine, and maintain policies and procedures related to recruitment, onboarding, and talent management, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Work on assigned initiatives and projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
