Day to day

  • Support the end-to-end hiring process with accurate ATS administration and timely coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to shortlist candidates schedule interviews and maintain a professional candidate experience
  • Provide People Operations support during absences including payroll benefits administration and employee data accuracy
  • Contribute to process improvements reporting resource planning and salary benchmarking to strengthen hiring quality
