Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment HR talent coordination or sales
- Experience coordinating interviews and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail particularly in documentation and compliance processes
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System ATS
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive employee information
- Strong follow-through and accountability
- Basic understanding of recruitment compliance documentation interview scorecards data accuracy

Day to day
- Support the end-to-end hiring process with accurate ATS administration and timely coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to shortlist candidates schedule interviews and maintain a professional candidate experience
- Provide People Operations support during absences including payroll benefits administration and employee data accuracy
- Contribute to process improvements reporting resource planning and salary benchmarking to strengthen hiring quality
