Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Technical Sourcer
- Experience sourcing candidates within FinTech Payments EMI or similar industries
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean Search and X-Ray Search
- Experience using AI-powered sourcing tools in daily workflow
- Ability to identify and engage passive candidates
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written communication
- Good level of English and fluent Russian
