Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition HR coordination or related People & Culture role
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment processes and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication interviewing and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized proactive and comfortable working independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitments
  • Comfortable working with leaders and teams across different countries cultures and levels of the organization
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms is an asset
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English
  • Spanish is considered a strong asset

Day to day

  • Support recruitment and talent development activities across the Americas, working closely with People & Culture teams and hiring managers
  • Coordinate job postings candidate screening interviews assessments and pre-employment evaluations for regional Business Unit and Global roles
  • Manage internal mobility talent reviews succession planning and pipeline tracking while promoting consistent recruitment practices across countries
