Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition ideally within the healthcare or mental health sectors
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting for administrative roles particularly medical assistants and front desk staff
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and relevant employment laws
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a virtual environment
  • Proficiency in using HRIS ATS and other recruitment technologies
  • A commitment to mental health awareness and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace

What the job involves

  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to recruit medical assistants and front desk personnel
  • Manage and support a float pool of administrative staff to ensure seamless coverage and high-quality service across our facilities
  • Screen interview and assess candidates to identify the best fit for the roles and the organization
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand specific staffing needs and requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment laws and regulations
  • Utilize advanced recruitment tools and technologies including applicant tracking systems to streamline the hiring process
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on recruitment activities and staffing levels
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance recruitment processes and the overall candidate experience
  • Sporadic travel to promotional events and other necessary locations as required representing Transformations Care Network and supporting our mission and values in various settings
