Requirements
- Experience in delivery program management or team leadership
- Ability to manage people and complex engagements
- Experience in AI data services with hyperscale customers and annotation or dataset delivery
- Understanding of full lifecycle project management
- Experience with Google Workspace enterprise project management tools and CRM platforms
- Strong customer focus team leadership and operational excellence
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration Project Management or related field preferred

Day to day
- Own end-to-end delivery for an established hyperscale customer account and act as the single accountable delivery owner
- Lead a dedicated delivery team with clear direction regular feedback and development support to maintain high performance and quality
- Track delivery risks manage timelines and customer requirements and improve processes through SOP refinement and best practice documentation
