- Experience with cloud technologies like AWS or Azure
- Experience leading and mentoring global teams
- Full lifecycle development experience with Agile/Scrum
- Client-facing and consulting experience
- Strong communication skills for tech and non-tech audiences
- Solid foundation in Computer Science with competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design
- Financial or Fintech background is a plus

Day to day
- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support
- Work with solution architects and offshore developers on interpreting wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements and technical design
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients
- Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, and project management
- Mentor team members and provide support in developing and improving services
