Day to day

  • Lead and inspire technical squads to deliver end-to-end services that meet customer business needs
  • Facilitate agile practices to improve workflows identify bottlenecks and remove obstacles that affect squad performance
  • Troubleshoot complex service issues collaborate with stakeholders and drive service stability through data-driven improvements
  • Work with Delivery Managers and cross-functional teams to align priorities manage workloads and support team development
