Day to day
- Supervise the Water Microbiology team and coordinate daily sample processing to keep laboratory work moving efficiently
- Plan and prioritise workloads while managing people equipment consumables and key performance indicators to meet targets
- Lead continuous improvement investigate non-conformances and support compliance with ISO 17025 UKAS and health and safety requirements
