Day to day
- Lead, coach, and mentor a small team of Agents to build confidence, accountability, and strong performance
- Hold regular 1:1 meetings to provide feedback, guidance, strategic direction, and hands-on support
- Partner with leadership on priorities, hiring, onboarding, training, development plans, and performance reviews
- Continue representing talent directly and drive sales performance while setting a strong example for the team
