- Knowledge of TUPE processes due to the nature of our growth.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
- Full driving licence.

Day to day
- Support the TR Business Partner in providing a high-quality TR service.
- Provide guidance and training to business managers.
- Champion the TR agenda aligning with business growth and capabilities.
