Requirements
- Proven experience leading coaching or mentoring developers or consultants within delivery teams
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Dynamics 365 and Copilot Studio
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions with non-technical stakeholders and delivery teams
- Strong understanding of architecture patterns including scalability environment strategy and solution lifecycle management
- Knowledge of Dataverse data models security roles and integration patterns
- Understanding of Power Platform governance including environments DLP policies ALM and managed solutions
- Awareness of security compliance and risk considerations when designing business and AI-enabled solutions
- Experience operating within agile delivery models contributing to discovery user stories technical feasibility and sprint readiness

Day to day
