Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience in telecom across SDLC phases
- 5+ years of hands-on BMC Helix or BMC Remedy ITSM experience
- Strong experience as BMC Helix Technical Lead or Solution Architect
- Expertise in CMDB architecture service modelling data governance reconciliation normalization and OSS/BSS integration
- Hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITOM Event Management Discovery Integration Service and automation workflows
- Experience with Helix Innovation Studio codeless apps custom objects and data models
- Strong knowledge of BMC AR System architecture workflow customization forms filters escalations and APIs
- Hands-on experience with REST SOAP integrations web hooks and telecom data interfaces
- Ability to debug issues using AR System logs API traces CMDB data and platform diagnostics
- Experience with cloud deployments of BMC Helix on AWS or Azure
- Experience working in Agile Scrum development methodologies
- Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain or reactivate clearance

Day to day
- Lead the technical design and delivery of BMC Helix and BMC Remedy ITSM solutions across complex telecom environments.
- Architect and implement CMDB, ITOM, discovery, integrations, and workflow automation with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to align technical delivery with enterprise standards and telecom business requirements.
