Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 8 years' experience in IT analysis and/or development
- Experience with technologically independent architectures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyse complex problems manage risk and simplify appropriately
- Excellent listening and communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly with partner organisations
- Experience in agile software development
- Self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative
- Ability to communicate highly technical matters to non-technical decision-makers
- Tenacity and patience to drive change in a regulated multi-user market

Day to day
- Lead technical project requirements and standards across internal teams and industry partners, ensuring solutions align with architectural principles and non-functional needs
- Provide architectural oversight for delivery, translate user journeys and business needs into scalable solution designs, and support proof-of-concept development
- Collaborate with multi-party service providers on cloud-based infrastructure, technical assurance, governance design, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Create and maintain technical architecture and design documentation, challenge proposed technologies, and provide SME input into industry engagements and consultations
