Requirements

  • Solid Technical BA background with hands-on experience of Jira Confluence and Agile delivery
  • Proven ability to write stories features and acceptance criteria using INVEST principles and GIVEN/WHEN/THEN syntax
  • Data mapping data flow mapping and process modelling experience including SIPOC and story mapping
  • Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Independent and able to hit the ground running on a live programme without hand-holding

Day to day

  • Lead workshops interviews and focus groups to uncover technical problems integration needs and system dependencies
  • Translate complex findings into structured build-ready requirements including epics features stories and acceptance criteria using INVEST and GIVEN/WHEN/THEN syntax
  • Produce data mapping data flow mapping and process models such as SIPOC while building consensus across technical and business stakeholders
  • Work closely with architecture and engineering teams to keep delivery aligned and support business case development through analysis and cost benefit input
