- 3-5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or hybrid BA/Configurator
- Experience in Finance or Marketing
- Experience with CLM Order Management Revenue Cloud or advanced pricing models
- Familiarity with API integrations data migration or CPQ-adjacent automation tools
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification or Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification

Day to day
- Work with product owners and requesters to gather and validate requirements, define scope, and support demos and training for system requests.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs while producing clear documentation for current and new processes, including system flow diagrams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze problems, recommend solutions, write user stories, support testing, and coordinate project delivery.
