Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in web or application development environments
- Hands-on coding experience with modern front-end technologies such as React Next.js and headless CMS
- Proficiency with major platforms including CMS eCommerce ERP and CRM in system integration contexts
- Ability to interpret document and communicate technical requirements and architecture concepts
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Highly adaptable self-directed and comfortable in a fast-paced evolving project landscape

Day to day
- Work directly with stakeholders to capture and refine functional and technical requirements for a major website rebuild.
- Draft clear documentation such as user stories technical specs and data models while partnering with developers to support accurate implementation.
- Bridge business and technical teams by managing updates risks scope changes and cross-functional alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
