Day to day
- Lead product and engineering as a hands-on technical co-founder
- Harden the voice and workflow systems for production reliability and build core architecture observability and audit trails
- Own integrations with accounting and ERP systems and improve the delivery layer so the team can configure monitor and optimize the agent without scaling engineering headcount
- Drive unit economics customer conversations roadmap execution and hiring while helping convert pilots into paying customers
