Requirements

  • Enterprise data architecture and integration experience
  • Knowledge of APIs event-driven architectures data pipelines identity resolution data quality system-of-record design entity matching permissions and complex enterprise integrations
  • Experience with ontology semantic layer or knowledge graph thinking
  • Ability to model entities relationships states rules and workflows in an enterprise operating environment
  • Experience or deep conviction around AI-agent orchestration RAG structured extraction validation evaluation tool use human-in-the-loop review exception handling observability and failure modes
  • Ability to design agents with guardrails escalation paths and reliable audit trails
  • Understanding of security governance and regulated-data discipline
  • Experience with PII access control role-based permissions encryption audit logs data retention data residency vendor risk SOC 2 readiness compliance controls and secure AI deployment
  • Experience in financial services fintech banking insurance healthcare legal or another regulated industry is highly valuable

Day to day

  • Define the technical architecture for a secure scalable operating intelligence platform
  • Build the unified data and integration foundation across fragmented wealth systems
  • Create the ontology semantic layer and domain model that allow data rules workflows and agents to share a common understanding
  • Design AI-agent architecture for controlled auditable human-supervised enterprise workflows
  • Establish the security permissions governance and auditability required for regulated environments
  • Build early product capabilities with design partners and translate real operational pain into a durable platform
  • Help recruit an exceptional technical team and represent the technical vision with enterprise buyers and investors
