Requirements

  • Good understanding of technical SaaS platforms and no-code/low-code automation tools
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and the Power Platform
  • Basic capability in PowerShell JavaScript JSON or similar languages
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Understanding of information security principles and financial services regulations FCA PRA
  • Some experience in IT configuration application support or digital systems administration
  • Comfortable working in Agile and Waterfall project environments
  • Basic proficiency with Jira and Confluence preferred

Day to day

  • Support the configuration administration and continuous optimisation of key technology platforms including SaaS no-code/low-code solutions and Microsoft 365
  • Build and maintain Power Automate flows and SharePoint libraries to deliver efficient digital solutions
  • Investigate resolve and escalate system defects configuration conflicts and access issues while keeping strong change records
