Who you are
- Experience with Encompass and/or the beverage production/distribution industry
- Experience with developing integrations using an iPaaS platform (e.g. Celigo, Boomi, Mulestoft, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing experience
- Ability to proactively prioritize work to be done
- Experience to break down complex problems to their core components and clearly articulate next steps
- A self-motivated critical thinker
- Ability to manage multiple projects spanning multiple time zones
- Ability to work in an agile environment, handling various priorities
- Strong computer and investigative skills
- Experience with relational databases
- Experience reading and writing SQL and Fusion reporting
- Associate or Bachelor degree in Business, Information Services, Computer Science or similar discipline, or 3+ years of technical experience in the beverage industry
