Day to day

  • Configures and tests WorkForce Software Suite using JavaScript and HTML.
  • Supports confirmation and refinement of business requirements during client interactions.
  • Continuously improves solution skills by staying updated with WorkForce Management Software enhancements.
  • Handles complex administrative and configuration challenges effectively.
  • Writes complex mathematical and programming formulas for system configurations.
  • Facilitates client workshops and provides application support.
  • Mentors team members and engages with project stakeholders for successful implementations.
