  • Fluency in French and English, with Spanish as a plus
  • Experience in customer service and technical support
  • Strong technical skills in log analysis, Datadog, and basic coding
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and quick learning abilities
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and interest in banking sector
  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries



What the job involves

  • Assisting customers with technical issues and providing solutions
  • Troubleshooting problems using Datadog, logs, and SQL databases
  • Creating and managing support tickets and providing technical insights to various teams
