Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing modern applications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science information systems or related technical degree or 5 years of comparable work experience
- Experienced in building data integrations between Workday and external systems using Workday tools
- Proficient in Workday with active Workday certification
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams
- Experience with ADO, JIRA, or other project management tools
- Ability to design and build technical solutions using applicable technologies
- Exceptional configuration/coding skills and development discipline
- Experience working within large cross-functional teams
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM
- US citizenship with an current/active Secret clearance
- Able to remain stationary 50%
- Operate computer and office machinery
- Frequently communicate and deliver presentations
Nice to have
- Experience in large-scale programs
- Experience in IT or HR transformations
- Experience in HRIS
- Understanding of federal regulations
- Experience with federal agencies
Day to day
- Participate and contribute to sprint planning and sprint review meetings and other Agile Ceremonies
- Design and develop system to system integrations between Workday and third party systems
- Engage with customer to advise on best practices for data interoperability, data exchange protocols and scalable integration solutions
- Engage directly with stakeholders and end users and provide product demonstrations
- Implement Workday design solutions including system integrations and data analytics
