What the job involves

• Technical Fellow is responsible for engineering deliverables in support of the organization's business objectives. Provides technical leadership, interacts and collaborates with many teams cross-functionally. Involved with new methods or initiatives without defined procedures. Creates and communicates vision & strategies specific to functional responsibilities. Observes and steps up to remove roadblocks and resolve potential issues. Mentors and provides guidance to others. Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Design and implement digital products – web, mobile, apps, services. Define technical architecture for complex digital products. Be technical DRI for key projects. Ensure those projects are sound technically, make strategic decisions based on technical requirements. Clear communicating with product, program, design, and other engineering teams and partners. Hire world-class engineers to up-level the overall engineering organization.
