  • Play a crucial role in supporting the implementation process
  • Collaborate with Onboarding & Customer Success teams
  • Provide world-class support to customers during software implementation
  • Use design skills for visually appealing web integrations
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate app assets in AWS S3 buckets
  • Customize app visuals and create assets for clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to app builds
  • Engage with Apple and Google support teams
  • Ensure compliance with platform guidelines
