  • Experience with modern frontend development tools and libraries like React
  • Strong leadership skills demonstrating empathy and humility
  • Experience in leading large software projects including design testing and maintenance
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Understanding of Microservice and Monolith patterns
  • Containerisation experience with Docker/Kubernetes strong grasp of CI/CD principles
  • Excellent communication and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

Day to day

  • Contribute as a key member of the technical leadership team for Product Development
  • Collaborate with Architects and Team Leads to make and record evidence-based architectural decisions
  • Manage and mentor a team of up to 6 members
  • Build and lead the team in an enjoyable and supportive environment
  • Own and oversee the end-to-end development of software applications using JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Research new solutions spearheading high technical standards
