Requirements
- Strong hands-on BigID expertise
- Experience in data discovery, classification, and privacy operations including DSAR retention and compliance workflows
- Solid SQL skills and data troubleshooting capabilities
- Background in managed services or production support environments
- 8 to 12+ years in data privacy or data governance
- Prior experience in a Tech Lead or SME capacity supporting enterprise clients

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end BigID implementation and operational support, including configuration, scanning, classification, and workflow management
- Manage incident resolution and escalations across privacy operations while ensuring daily service delivery and SLA adherence
- Provide technical oversight and mentoring to junior team members and subcontractors, and communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to client stakeholders
