Day to day
- Manage day-to-day activities of team members and lead daily stand-up meetings between onsite and offshore teams
- Review offshore deliverables and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports
- Provide production support and development for Document Delivery Technology applications
- Support correspondence applications like statements, invoices, and letters throughout the system development lifecycle
- Build reusable artifacts to process high-volume data and ensure data integrity across multiple environments
