  • Experience with report writing/query tools such as SQL, PowerBI.
  • Experience writing requirements for business software applications.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or combination of education and related experience.
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude with an understanding of systems and data flow.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Demonstrated skills in collaboration and communication.

Day to day

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) translating business requirements into product/service requirements.
  • Create actionable requirements and documentation to support the full product/service lifecycle.
  • Contribute to sprint grooming, acceptance, and ultimately the success of the product set within the Managed Services area.
