Requirements
- 3-10 years combined patent domain and B2B SaaS product management experience
- At least one patent domain credential such as USPTO patent agent or JD with patent experience
- 3+ years hands-on patent analysis work including claim charts invalidity contentions FTO analyses or office action responses
- Experience shipping AI-powered features to enterprise legal or IP clients
- Strong understanding of LLM architecture prompt engineering and evaluation methods
- Ability to write precise workflow specs and make tradeoff decisions with engineering
- Experience working with patent attorneys Am Law firms or in-house IP teams

Day to day
- Own the full product lifecycle for the AI-powered patent intelligence platform iLumos.ai, shaping roadmap decisions and delivery priorities.
- Design and refine LLM workflows, prompts, tool definitions, and multi-step agentic pipelines to improve patent analysis accuracy and usability.
- Partner closely with engineering, clients, and patent experts to validate outputs, reduce hallucinations, and translate feedback into production-ready product improvements.
