Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s degree in a closely related technical field
- Strong ability to understand technical requirements system behavior workflow logic APIs and data flow
- Strong ability to manage work across engineering QA and product stakeholders
- Experience working with user stories acceptance criteria edge cases and software requirements
- Strong attention to detail follow-through and process discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think critically about release readiness QA completeness failure states and missing requirements
- Comfortable operating inside Agile or Scrum-based workflows and cross-functional squad structures

Day to day
- Own one assigned epic at a time and drive it from requirements alignment through QA completion, MVP scoping, staging readiness, and production release.
- Lead squad-level coordination with a Product Manager, QA teammate, AI/full-stack engineer, Project Manager, Scrum Master, and design or frontend support as needed.
- Review documentation, validate requirements, identify gaps, and ensure frontend and backend behavior match product specs, workflow logic, business rules, and release standards.
