Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or related technical field
- 5–8 years of product management experience with at least 2 years leading AI/ML or data-driven product initiatives
- Product Management experience within an ecommerce setting strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of modern AI/ML approaches including LLMs prompt engineering RAG agentic workflows recommendation systems search ranking and personalization
- Experience partnering with data science and ML engineering teams to ship production-ready AI features
- Technical fluency to read API documentation understand data schemas and model architecture tradeoffs and engage in system design discussions
- Proficiency with JIRA Confluence and agile scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical skills for defining success metrics designing experiments and interpreting quantitative results
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Day to day
- Own the strategy and execution of AI-driven product initiatives across customer-facing and internal tools.
- Partner with developers and business stakeholders to discover high-value opportunities and deliver measurable AI solutions from concept to production.
- Write detailed requirements manage experiments track performance metrics and champion responsible AI practices across the product lifecycle.
