What the job involves

• Act as the service point of contact for North America service applications.
• Responsible for the deployment high availability and performance of company products applications and infrastructure.
• Drive the building testing and releasing of product applications elements and software.
• Develop update and perfect product application and web functionality to support evolving customer and business needs.
• Collaborate cross functionally to promote sustainable development through technical excellence and user-friendly design.
• Develop and apply data-driven metrics (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness.
• Provide function-specific and cross-functional support to enhance business operations effectiveness and efficiency.
