- Proven ability to lead product initiatives from concept to launch, balancing business needs with technical requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in startups or fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data-driven products is a strong plus.
- Self-starter with a passion for building products that solve real-world problems.

Day to day
- Define product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Work closely with engineers and designers to develop product specifications, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine product direction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable product features.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch, including post-launch analysis and iteration.
- Ensure product performance aligns with KPIs and customer satisfaction goals.
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs in the development process.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of product development projects.
