Requirements

- 7-10 years of experience in product management software engineering or IT required.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving cross-functional product development teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of product development processes.

Day to day
- Define and communicate the product vision strategy and roadmap for cloud operations.
- Work closely with engineers architects and security teams to launch new products and features.
- Ensure alignment of product goals with business strategies and demonstrate compliance with bank regulations.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices in project management.
- Assist and guide engineering teams leveraging deep technical product knowledge.
