Day to day

  • Work in a collaborative environment sharing ideas and learning from peers
  • Design third-party integrations based on customer feedback and market needs
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and engineering teams to develop and maintain integration roadmap
  • Align roadmap with company goals, communicate value and gather feedback
  • Guide API engineering efforts making connectivity approachable and efficient
  • Implement product principles to balance viability, value, feasibility, and usability
  • Document integration APIs and ensure they are approachable and efficient for end users
  • Manage compatibility with integration vendors and ensure healthy integrations
  • Plan and manage changes to integration partner APIs and security use case-oriented integrations
  • Drive effective communication and collaboration between product and engineering teams
  • Coordinate with engineering and QA teams for successful releases
  • Research integration design trends and make technology recommendations
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand competitor offerings
