Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business healthcare technology or related field or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a TPM Product Owner Business Analyst or related role in an Agile Scrum environment
- Experience with Agile Scrum and project management
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Experience with project management tools preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and cross functional leadership skills
- Ability to work with technical and non technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail

Day to day
- Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders product owners and development teams to drive successful product delivery and transformation.
- Define prioritize and maintain a clear product backlog while aligning roadmap decisions with business goals customer needs and technical feasibility.
- Write detailed business requirements user stories and acceptance criteria then guide testing feedback and continuous improvement across Agile ceremonies.
