Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Technical Product Management or as a technical delivery manager role supporting SaaS applications or collaboration-focused tooling
- Experience leading an agile team to deliver both product deliverables and user requests
- Understanding of software development and product lifecycle management
- Experience deploying and supporting applications and services to end-users
- Superior customer service skills
- Experience working on or defining product strategy
- Critical thinker who is ok with failing fast and pushing forward for the best solution
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of Atlassian Stack
- Experience supporting applications from a supporting or support role
- Experience on projects to consolidate and standardize applications stacks
- Experience measuring the success of a product showing ROI
- Experience managing SMEs for the Atlassian stack & Slack
Day to day
- Manage a team of subject matter experts to support and deliver on key initiatives for our product roadmaps
- Support the standardization of key services and/or applications for our internal users and internal partners
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to own the development and delivery of key product plans for the ideal end state of key products
- Partner with other leadership teams to execute on key milestones and deliverables as part of the overall product roadmap
