Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in Technical Product Management or as a technical delivery manager role supporting SaaS applications or collaboration-focused tooling
- Led an agile team to deliver both product deliverables and user requests
- Understanding of software development and product lifecycle management
- Experience deploying and supporting applications and services to end-users
- Superior customer service skills
- Experience working on or defining product strategy, setting the vision for the product and developing a plan, identifying and rolling out new features from requirements to delivery
- Critical thinker who is ok with failing fast and pushing forward for the best solution and what's best for their users
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of Atlassian Stack
- Experience consolidating and standardizing application stacks
- Experience measuring product success showing ROI
- Managing SMEs for the Atlassian stack & Slack
Day to day
- Manage a team of subject matter experts to support and deliver on key initiatives for our product roadmaps
- Support the standardization of key services and/or applications for our internal users and partners
- Own the development and delivery of key product plans for the ideal end state of key products
- Execute on key milestones and deliverables as part of the overall product roadmap
