Who you are

• 5+ years' experience in Technical Product Management or as a technical delivery manager role supporting SaaS applications or collaboration-focused tooling
• Led an agile team to deliver both product deliverables and user requests
• Understanding of software development and product lifecycle management
• Experience deploying and supporting applications and services to end-users
• Superior customer service skills
• Experience working on or defining product strategy, setting the vision for the product and developing a plan, identifying and rolling out new features from requirements to delivery
• Critical thinker who is ok with failing fast and pushing forward for the best solution and what's best for their users

Desirables

• Deep understanding of Atlassian Stack
• Experience consolidating and standardizing application stacks
• Experience measuring product success showing ROI
• Managing SMEs for the Atlassian stack & Slack

What the job involves

• Manage a team of subject matter experts to support and deliver on key initiatives for our product roadmaps
• Support the standardization of key services and/or applications for our internal users and partners
• Own the development and delivery of key product plans for the ideal end state of key products
• Execute on key milestones and deliverables as part of the overall product roadmap
