What the job involves
- Manage the strategy of Core to drive adoption of new and existing users Avalanche and the broader ecosystem
- Drive product development from conception to launch
- Collaborate cross functionally with design engineering and product to develop and execute the roadmap
- Manage concurrent projects across multiple work streams requiring input from internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee cataloging and resolution of reported bugs and required maintenance
- Ensure delivery is progressing against key milestones and KPIs
- Build on existing crypto knowledge by staying up to date on market trends both generally and within Avalanche
