Requirements
- Strong understanding of distributed systems cloud computing and microservices architectures
- Strong experience in roles such as Technical Lead Design Lead Solution Lead or Technical Product Manager
- A strong work ethic self-motivation and the ability to be highly productive in a dynamic collaborative environment
- Ability to facilitate discussions that generate new perspectives trigger recommendations for significant innovation or enhancements and analyze consequences
- Skilled in negotiation aligning stakeholders and communicating a unified perspective to the scrum team
- Proficiency in database knowledge including SQL NoSQL table structure and data relationships
Day to day
- Lead the creation and execution of innovative high-quality requirement roadmaps aligned with strategic goals and vision
- Take full ownership of our solutions' strategic value usability and performance
- Influence key stakeholders in design and planning decisions
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs between user experience project scope and time to market
- Collaborate closely with frontend/backend engineering teams design and stakeholders in an agile environment to bring solutions to market
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic challenges to help the team meet business financial and technical objectives
- Oversee backlog planning and development through collaboration with a cross-functional team including engineers designers and business representatives
