Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience ideally in B2B SaaS insurance technology or related digital platforms
- 5+ years professional experience
- Experience launching new commercial products or features
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as ADO Jira or Aha
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data
- Technical aptitude and ability to work with engineers daily
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience or Associate’s Degree in a Technical Field or relevant certification
Nice to have
- Pet health experience
- Pet insurance experience
- API familiarity
- Digital transformation exposure

Day to day
- Lead product initiatives from concept through launch in partnership with engineering design operations and marketing
- Gather user research customer feedback and market trends to shape customer-centric product decisions and identify opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear requirements manage the backlog support QA and help deliver scalable solutions that improve outcomes
