Remote Technical Product Manager Job in United States Concentrix Catalyst

Who you are

• Proven experience in updating and maintaining Swagger API documentation
• Expertise in creating and updating flow diagrams using PlantUML
• Strong understanding of API security vulnerabilities
• Ability to implement best practices for API and system security
• Manage complex areas/products/features and hold accountability
• Identify and recommend features/enhancements and develop strategies
• Work closely with senior leadership to develop product roadmap
• Lead and drive key high-impact initiatives
• Use a variety of methods to develop ideas and concepts (e.g. storyboards, personas, story mapping, wireframes, prototypes, etc.)
• Write user stories
• Manage large-scale innovative strategy
• Engage key stakeholders to deliver new product features and enhancements
• Assess organizational readiness to support new products
• Provide direction to agencies and 3rd parties
• Monitor web industry trends and make recommendations
• Provide mentoring and coaching to lower level Product Managers and Business Analysts
• 6+ years product management in business process
• 6+ years creating and writing effective program and creative briefs
• 6+ years user interface & site architecture experience
• Experience using Agile development practices
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Visio
• Solid knowledge of middle layer and back-end system integration
• Competency in brand and product engagement
• Ability to monitor business intelligence data and provide recommendations
• Working knowledge of HTML, XML, scripting, .NET, ASP and other current technologies
• Experience with effective Market Analysis and Research
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective mentoring and onboarding of other team members

• 3+ years agile development and workflow management

• Call Center Experience
• Frontline UI Design
