Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management engineering architecture technical consulting or a related technical discipline
- At least 3 years of experience managing technical products enterprise platforms or internal technology solutions
- Experience working directly with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Agile product management backlog management roadmap development and user story creation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives while maintaining focus on business outcomes
- Self-starter with an ownership mentality who can operate with minimal direction

Day to day
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for multiple Digital Workplace Experience platforms.
- Partner with business leaders to uncover workflows challenges and opportunities for improving employee technology experiences.
- Translate business needs into user stories acceptance criteria prioritized backlogs and measurable outcomes while working closely with engineering architecture cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.
