- Minimum of 3-years experience as a technical product manager in SaaS preferably in restaurant/hospitality domain
- Proven ability to define and launch mobile and web products effectively
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product scalability
- Startup mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in AWS iOS Databases and strong SQL skills
- B.S in Computer Science and MBA preferred

- Drive the technical product roadmap for POS and related services
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to define and launch new features
- Research and propose new features leveraging a deep understanding of the tech stack and restaurant domain needs
- Champion customer needs internally
- Maintain stability and security of production systems with DevOps collaboration
- Keep comprehensive documentation for product enhancements
