Who you are

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical product manager in SaaS products ideally within the hospitality/restaurant domain.
  • Proven track record in defining and launching mobile and web products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and guide them in using new technologies establishing patterns and frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset are essential.
  • Deep understanding of AWS iOS databases and web technologies with strong SQL skills and comfort in working with production DBAs.

What the job involves

  • Own and drive the technical product roadmap for Lavu's POS Online Ordering Payments and other services while closely collaborating with domain experts.
  • Work with designers and developers to conceptualize prototype ship measure and improve products directly impacting restaurant outcomes.
  • Define product strategy and specify detailed technical requirements for features ensuring integration with the broader technology stack.
  • Champion customer needs internally by fostering strong relationships with sales marketing and customer success teams.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure the stability and security of production systems.
