Who you are

  • Strong technical acumen with an ability to translate between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management tools, Agile methodologies, and software development processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and supporting documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of product management or related experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.

What the job involves

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product development and market rollout.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to working through technical challenges with the Product Owner and engineering leaders.
  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy, and develop detailed product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
  • Provide ongoing analysis and reporting on product performance and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for product-related queries and conduct competitive analysis to ensure the product’s competitive position.
